Responsibilities:
- Travel to participant(s) home to provide assistance with activities of daily living such as Personal Care Services: bathing, dressing, toileting, lift, transfer
- Meal Preparation: prepare and clean-up
- Daily Living Services including, but not limited to, laundry and grocery pick-up, wipe down, dusting, take out trash
- Communicate all incidents, injury, or changes in participant’s condition to supervisor; act and respond quickly in case of emergency
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Reliable Vehicle, Driver's License, Auto Insurance
- Weekend Availability
- Pass Criminal Background
- Pass Physical - TB Test, Varicella, MMR, HEP B, T-Dap, Flu/Influenza (Declinations accepted at some locations)
- Pass 4-Panel Drug Test (No THC Testing)
- BLS/CPR/First Aid - American Heart Association/Red-Cross
- Smart Phone and Email
License/Certification:
- Boston requirements – Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
- Leominster, Lowell, Springfield, Webster, and Worcester requirements – Personal Care Assistant (PCA), HHA or CNA accepted.
